Online Booking Process
After completion of your online reservation you will receive an email with the details of your reservation. Please check the correctness of the confirmation (name, surname, date of arrival, departure date, etc.) and send an email to the hotel reservations manager if you notice a mistake.
In the automatic response you receive by email, it will also state the amount of the advance payment, which will be equal to 2-030% of the total amount, as well as a link to the secure online payment system.
If you have a problem or you have accidentally deleted this email, please contact the hotel management by e-mail or telephone. For a valid confirmation of your reservation should deposit the advance to be made within 30 minutes from the time you made your online booking.
If you have any problem to execute the deposit payment using your credit card, simply contact us. If there is enough time until your arrival and sufficient availability, we accept alternatives methods to confirm your reservation such as bank transfer.
Note that if your reservation if for 5 persons, there is an extra charge of 7 EUR per night, for the 5th person. This will be handled separately when we confim your reservation.
Cancellation - Modification of a reservation
To cancel or change your online reservation you must inform us by email or telephone. You can cancel your reservation up to 30 days before arrival date. In this case you will be refunded the deposit amount in full. In case of cancellation in less than 30 days prior to arrival date will be charged the full amount of your deposit payment.
