Reservation Policy
1. When you make your reservation we will send you a confirmation letter by email apropriattely signed and stamped.
2. When you make a reservation by phone or using email, you will be asked to make a deposit payment using bank transfer or provide us with a credit card. The credit card is not going to be charged. It is only used to guarantee your reservation in case of non-show.
Cancellation Policy
If not otherwise stated in your reservation confirmation, the following shall apply in the event of booking cancellations:
- Booking cancellation 21 or more days prior to the arrival date: the deposit payment is returned to the customer.
- Booking cancellation from 10 to 21 days prior to the arrival date: 50% of the deposit payment is returned to the customer (any expenses are charged to the customer).
- In any other case no portion of the deposit payment is returned to the customer.
